Energy Search Partners (ESP) is an executive search firm built for competitive energy. Our roots go back to the start of deregulation. Bob Goehring founded the firm in 1997, focused on independent power producers and power plant development. Todd Goehring joined in 1998 and focused exclusively on the sales, marketing and trading of natural gas and electricity as retail choice opened market by market. Todd has led ESP as Owner and President since 2010. Our team brings more than 60 years of combined industry experience, and some of our client relationships now span more than 20 years.
