Retail Supplier Agrees To Cease Use of Brand Name Shared By Utility
Nicor Advanced Energy has agreed to cease use of the Nicor brand name under a settlement with the Illinois Attorney General and consumer advocates in the Illinois proceeding reviewing their parent AGL's proposed merger with Southern Company.
