Texas QSE to Pay $10,000 Under Settlement With PUCT Staff
Breeze, LLC would pay $10,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve Breeze's alleged failure to adhere to ERCOT Protocols § 16.11.5(1)(b), related to monitoring of a counter-party's creditworthiness and credit exposure by ERCOT.
