Texas QSE To Pay $21,000 Under Settlement With PUCT Staff
FPL Energy Texas Keir, LLC (Forney QSE) would pay $21,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve an investigation into Forney QSE's alleged violation of ERCOT Protocol § 6.4.6(1), related to telemetry of status codes.
