Calpine would pay $30,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve Staff's allegations that Calpine violated ERCOT Protocols §§ 6.4.4.1 and 6.4.6(1), related to Energy Offer Curve for RUC-Committed Resources and Accurate Telemetry.
