Texas QSE To Pay $190,000 Under Settlement With PUC Staff
EDF Energy Services, LLC (EDF) would pay $190,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve alleged violations of ERCOT Nodal Protocols §§ 6.5.7.6.2.3, related to NSRS telemetry, and 6.4.6, related to Resource Status Code.
