Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) have filed a preliminary list of retail electric providers eligible to be designated as non-volunteer providers of last resort (Large Service Providers, LSPs), and a list of volunteer POLRs (VREPs), for the 2019-2020 term
