FERC Approves Constellation Acquisition of Boston Generating Assets
FERC has approved Constellation Energy's acquisition of the portfolio of Boston Generating, dismissing conditions sought by Nstar and finding that the acquisition will have no adverse effect on competition (EC10-85).
