ERCOT Temporarily Deviating From Protocol Deadlines And Timing Related To Settlements, Collateral Obligations, And Invoice Payments
REP Urges ERCOT Not To Use Draconian Remedies
Consistent with previously reported direction from the Texas PUC, ERCOT said in a market notice today that it, "is temporarily deviating from Protocol deadlines and timing related to settlements, collateral obligations, and Invoice payments while prices are under review."
