Pa. PUC Orders Surprise Increase in RPS Obligations of Retail Suppliers
The Pennsylvania PUC has informed retail suppliers and EDCs of an approximate seven percent (7%) increase in the otherwise anticipated annual AEPS Tier I obligations for the 2016 compliance year.
