Texas PUC Accepting Comments On All Electric Market Rules, Under Customary Review For Changes, Re-adoption
The Public Utility Commission of Texas published a preliminary notice of intention to review Chapter 25, Substantive Rules Applicable to Electric Service Providers, in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039, Agency Review of Existing Rules.
