Maryland PSC Opens Formal Rulemaking on Supplier Online Price Disclosure Requirements
The Maryland PSC has opened a formal rulemaking (RM 46) to address minimum disclosure requirements to govern the obligation of electricity and gas suppliers to post on the internet information regarding services and rates for small commercial and residential gas and electric customers.
