Exelon Seeking Texas Option 1 REP Certificate
ExTex Retail Services Company, LLC, which is Exelon's Texas retail electric provider, applied at the PUCT to transition from an Option 2 REP to an Option 1 REP. Option 2 REPs are limited to serving only specifically identified customers, each of whom contracts for one megawatt or more of capacity Option 1 REPs may serve all customers.

ResCom Energy Receives Maryland Electric License
The Maryland PSC granted ResCom Energy, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers at Baltimore Gas & Electric (11/23).

Border Energy Electric Services Receives Ohio Electric License
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Border Energy Electric Services, Inc an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas (12/9).

Emuna Energy Receives Ohio Broker License
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Emuna Energy, LLC an electric broker license (12/15).

Green Power Management Solutions Receives D.C. Broker Licenses
The District of Columbia PSC granted GPMS d/b/a Green Power Management Solutions, LLC both electric and natural gas broker licenses to serve all customer classes, including residential customers (11/29).

PUCT Approves Withdrawal of Pulse Electric REP Certificate
The PUCT approved Pulse Electric, Inc.'s petition to relinquish its REP certificate (12/20). Pulse Electric, which shares several principals with Clearview Electric but is not a formal affiliate, was not serving any customers. Pulse had been subject to a Staff petition to revoke its certificate for failing to meet various new requirements under Subst. R. 25.107.
