YEP Energy Receives Pennsylvania Supplier License
The Pennsylvania PUC this morning granted EnerPenn USA d/b/a Y.E.P. & YEP Energy an electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (6/27). EnerPenn USA is affiliated with retail suppliers Texpo Power and EnerCal USA. Xoom Energy Seeks to Serve Residential, Commercial Gas Customers at Four Illinois LDCs Xoom Energy Illinois, LLC is seeking to serve residential customers and small to medium commercial and industrial customers as an alternative gas supplier in Illinois, a copy of its application confirmed. Xoom Energy is seeking to serve such customers at Nicor, Peoples Gas, North Shore Gas, and Ameren. Xoom Energy is currently seeking an Illinois electric supplier license as well (11/2). South Jersey Energy Company Receives Ohio Electric License The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted South Jersey Energy Company an electric supplier license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (10/11). As only noted in Matters, earlier this week South Jersey Energy Company received an Ohio gas supplier license. MRL Energy Receives Maine License
The Maine PUC granted MRL Energy, LLC a competitive electricity provider license for the limited purpose of buying power from the NEPOOL wholesale market and reselling such power to Moose River Lumber Co., Inc. Copyright 2010-
