Update On Recent Retail Supplier Book Acquisition, Additional Customers

ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 368 non-residential Maryland retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC, which is ultimately a unit of NextEra Energy, pursuant to a purchase agreement by and among New Wave, NextEra Energy Services Midwest, LLC, and ENGIE Power & Gas.
The assigned sales contracts expressly authorize such assignment. There will be no change in price or any other term of service.
As previously reported, ENGIE Power & Gas LLC intends to assign approximately 1,800 New York commercial and industrial retail natural gas sales contracts to New Wave Energy, LLC
