Texas ALJ Grants Request From Enron Energy Texas LLC To Withdraw Texas REP Application, Without Prejudice

A Texas PUC ALJ has granted the request of Enron Energy Texas LLC to withdraw Enron Energy Texas LLC's application for a retail electric provider certificate, without prejudice
Under 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) § 22.181(g)(1), the party that initiated the
proceeding may withdraw the matter without prejudice before a direct case has been presented.
The ALJ granted the request to withdraw, dismissed the REP application
without prejudice under 16 TAC § 22.181(g)(6), and closed the docket.
