ENGIE Resources LLC Files To Relinquish Unused Ohio Retail Natural Gas Supplier License

ENGIE Resources LLC filed to relinquish its Ohio retail natural gas supplier license, with ENGIE Resources LLC indicating that ENGIE Resources LLC had no Ohio gas customers and had never served Ohio gas customers under the ENGIE Resources LLC license.
ENGIE Resources LLC received its Ohio gas supplier license in 2017, but soon thereafter acquired Plymouth Rock Energy LLC, which already held an Ohio gas supplier license and which was renamed ENGIE Power & Gas LLC.
ENGIE Power & Gas LLC still maintains an Ohio retail gas supplier license, though it did sell a book of Ohio gas customers to NextEra Energy last summer, as previously reported.
