Texas Broker Adopts New Legal Name In Changing To LLC
Long-time retail market vet Ben Graham, a sole proprietor registered as a Texas electric broker, reported to the Texas PUC that its business structure has changed from a sole proprietor to an LLC, with the new entity named Bensay Energy LLC. The company's web domain name, as before, reflects a name of Momentum Energy Services
CBRE Formally Files For Delaware License
