Owners Of Retail Supplier, Broker Form New Retail Supplier

Renewable Roots America Corp. has been formed as a start-up retail electric supplier
Greg Blume and Stephen Mellis are the only officers of Renewable Roots America Corp., and each holds the title of President. Brittany Hirson, Blume, and Mellis each
hold an ownership interest of more than 10% of Renewable Roots. No other person holds an officer
position with Renewable Roots, and no other person holds a voting or ownership interest in
Renewable Roots of ten percent or more.
Blume and Mellis each hold a 50% ownership interest in retail supplier South Bay Energy. Hirson is Chief Executive Officer of South Bay Energy
Blume and Mellis are each Co-President of, and each hold an interest of more than 10% in,
broker USA Energy Marketing Corp.
Hirson also has an interest of more than 10% in USA Energy Marketing, and heads its
operations.
Renewable Roots' website indicates a focus on offering, "renewable energy from domestic sources," with, "plan[s] rooted in American values".
