PSC Staff's Proposed Order Would Grant Retail Supplier License To Axpo
Georgia PSC Staff have filed a Staff proposed order under which the PSC would grant a natural gas marketer certificate to Axpo U.S. LLC to serve commercial and industrial customers. As is customary for new applicants under the Georgia PSC license process, the new certificate would be an "interim" certificate as granted to other marketers.
Gatby Receives D.C. Gas License
The District of Columbia PSC on March 31 granted Gatby Ventures, Inc. a natural gas aggregator/broker license to serve all customer classes. Gatby previously received a D.C. electric aggregator/broker license
Draft Connecticut Order Would Grant Aggregator License To Solution Energy
The Connecticut PURA issued a draft decision which would grant Solution Energy, LLC an electric aggregator certificate to serve commercial and industrial customers (PURA's draft uses boilerplate language authorizing service to all non-residential customers including municipal and government customers, but the draft also references Solution Energy's application which, unless amended during the proceeding, only sought service to C&I customers)
