Texas Retail Provider Reports New Member

Heritage Power LLC reported to the Texas PUC that its ownership now includes a new member, Dennis Anderson, and that ownership interests have been re-allocated among existing members
Dennis Anderson has been a member of independent renewable energy development company Heritage Energy Holdings since Heritage Energy Holdings was formed. Heritage Energy Holdings is an independent company to Heritage Power, LLC, but the companies have been described as sister companies.
Anderson serves as Director of Research and Development at Heritage Energy Holdings and previously has been involved in the development of wind and solar power projects in Texas, among other prior roles in the energy industry.
No change in controlling interest of Heritage Power LLC has occurred, Heritage Power stated
Specific membership interest percentages of Heritage Power LLC were filed confidentially.
The existing members of Heritage Power LLC, all of whom remain as members, are Tim Sanchez, Charles Wolfe, Mike Tackett, and Andy Miller, with Dennis Anderson now added as a member.
No changes have been made to Heritage Power LLC's operations, technical capabilities, or managerial structure.
