The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Management Partners II Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Energy Management Partners II, which was formed in 2015, is owned and operated by Michael Proscia. As previously reported by ECM, Proscia serves as President and CEO, as stated in the Pennsylvania broker application, of "BlueCo Energy LLC" [sic], from 2006 to "present" as stated in a list of experience included in Energy Management Partners II's Pennsylvania application. BlueCo Energy LLC is the former name of New York ESCO BluCo Energy, LLC
