Hull Street Energy LLC (HSE) filed at the Texas PUC to withdraw its 1,080 MW gas-fired Bastrop Energy Center (MPH Bastrop Peakers, LLC) from the Texas Energy Fund In-ERCOT Generation Loan Program, with Hull Street Energy stating that the TEF loan is no longer required

"While HSE will move forward with this project, it no longer requires a loan from the TxEF to finance its Bastrop Peaking Center," Hull Street Energy said
