Regulator Posts Draft Findings Of Retail Suppliers' RPS Compliance, Would Set ACP Amounts Due From Each Supplier
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
The Connecticut PURA has issued a draft decision which would establish each retail electric supplier's compliance with the RPS for 2024, and which would set the alternative compliance payment required from each retail supplier (if any) due to any REC compliance shortfall
Draft decisions concerning Connecticut RPS compliance in prior years have often required suppliers to contest PURA's proposed findings or provide updated information
Retail suppliers are encouraged to review the proposed findings from the draft (click here)
