Retail Supplier Dropping Customers To Default Service

New Wave Energy, LLC stated in a New York PSC filing that it will be returning all New York mass market customers to utility supply service per the terms of each customer's contract
New Wave Energy, LLC will be notifying each customer of this change via a letter
"The contractual return to utility service will be effective on the first available utility meter read date for each account that is a at [sic] least thirty (30) days after the customer’s receipt of the above referenced notice," New Wave Energy, LLC stated
New Wave Energy, LLC also filed to remove eligibility to serve residential and small commercial customers (mass market) from its New York ESCO eligibility
