Winning Retail Suppliers For Choice Ineligible Load Disclosed

The winning retail suppliers from the annual auctions for supply for Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) electricity customers at the Ohio electric utilities, for a term of June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027, have been disclosed

Bidders must be registered as retail electric suppliers in order to participate in the PIPP supply RFPs

PIPP customers are ineligible to shop

At the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs, AEP Energy, Inc. was awarded 100% of the PIPP load. The supplemental RFP had a lowest bid price of $91.44 per MWh

At Duke Energy Ohio, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. was awarded 100% of the PIPP load. The auction had a lowest bid price of $87.36 per MWh

At AEP Ohio, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. was awarded 100% of the PIPP load. The auction had a lowest bid price of $90.29 per MWh

At Dayton Power & Light (AES Ohio), Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. was awarded 100% of the PIPP load. The auction had a lowest bid price of $92.07 per MWh
