Priority Power Acquires Retail Energy Broker

Priority Power Management, LLC announced the acquisition of Ohio-based Aspen Energy (Aspen Energy Corporation), an energy advisory and procurement firm providing energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Priority Power Management described Aspen as having built, "a strong reputation across Ohio and the broader Midwest for helping organizations navigate complex energy markets through tailored procurement strategies and risk management solutions."
Prior to the acquisition, Aspen Energy's website had described Aspen as one of the Midwest’s largest brokers of natural gas and electricity by volume
Prior to the acquisition, Aspen Energy's website had stated, "Our client management includes over 25,000 industrial, commercial, government, education and non-profit meters totaling over 4 million MWH in electricity and 8.1 million MCF’s in annual natural gas usage."
