PSC Approves Reduction In Residential POR Discount From Over 2% To Nearly 0%

The Delaware PSC at its meeting today approved new electricity purchase of receivables discount rates at Delmarva Power
A written order was not immediately available, but the Delaware PSC adopted a proposed order as part of a consent agenda
Under the approved update to the Delmarva POR discount rate in Delaware, Delmarva Power's residential POR discount will decrease to 0.0024% effective June 1, 2026, from the current discount of 2.4238%. The residential discount applies to Schedules R, RSH, RTOU-ND, and PIV
The Delmarva-DE POR discounts for all non-residential classes remain unchanged at 0%
