PSC Reschedules Rulemaking Meeting For Retail Supplier Billing Rule Changes, Limit On Supplier Fees
The Maryland PSC has rescheduled the date for its rulemaking session to, among other things, implement in rule the prohibition on the purchase of retail energy supplier receivables by utilities for residential customers; to impose a limit on retail supplier late fees under dual billing; and to add rule language preserving the availability of potential future billing mechanisms without needing to re-open a rulemaking.
