Energy Fairies LLC filed for registration as a New York energy broker and energy consultant, to serve all customer classes (including residential customers). Energy Fairies LLC also applied for a New Jersey energy agent license. As previously reported, Robert Palmese is the sole Managing Member of Energy Fairies LLC. Robert Palmese is among the owners of retail supplier Palmco Power (Indra Energy).

Leapfrog Power, Inc. applied for a Maryland license to operate as Distributed Energy Resource Aggregator, to serve all customer classes at BGE, Pepco, Delmarva, and Potomac Edison. Leapfrog already operates as a curtailment service provider in Maryland
