Broker Receives Approval To Use Trade Name 000 Energy In Pennsylvania
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Via Energy Solutions, LLC amended electric and natural gas broker/marketer licenses to include authority to use the trade name "000 Energy". As first reported by ECM, Via Energy Solutions is the latest entity to receive authority to use a low alpha-numeric name. The default PA Power Switch sorting is alphabetical (starting with A), but with numeric-leading names appearing first (staring with 0). For both commodities, Via is authorized to serve small commercial, large commercial, industrial, and governmental customers, as well as residential customers in mixed meter scenarios.
nTherm Receives Authority To Use Trade Name Ethical Energy Group For Gas Marketing
The Pennsylvania PUC granted nTherm, LLC an amended retail natural gas supplier license to use the trade name Ethical Energy Group. As previously reported, the PUC previously authorized nTherm to use the trade name Ethical Energy Group for electricity. As first reported by ECM, retail supplier nTherm, LLC informed the Pennsylvania PUC that nTherm, LLC will conduct only retail electric and natural gas brokering activity under the trade name Ethical Energy Group, while nTherm, LLC will continue to conduct retail supplier activity under the name nTherm.
