TLG Commodities Conditionally Receives Texas Retail Provider Certificate
The Texas PUC conditionally granted TLG Commodities LLC an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate. Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service. As is customary under the circumstance in which an Option 2 applicant has not yet provided an affidavit from a least one customer which is 1 MW or larger, the grant of the REP certificate to TLG Commodities is conditioned on TLG Commodities filing, within 30 days, a signed, notarized affidavit from each customer that TLG Commodities has contracted with to provide 1 MW or more of energy.
