Light Energy Receives Pennsylvania Retail Supplier License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Light Energy, LLC d/b/a Light Energy Group a retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Light Energy is active in Texas as, essentially, a white label retail electric provider, offering a platform for various brands to offer retail electric service, often with branded product names, provided by Light. As previously reported, Light Energy is expanding to various Northeast states
Evergreen Gas & Electric, Brand Of Genie Energy, Receives Pennsylvania Retail Supplier Licenses
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Evergreen Gas & Electric, LLC a retail electric supplier license to serve residential, small commercial, large commercial, and industrial customers in all service areas. The Pennsylvania PUC also granted Evergreen Gas & Electric, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve residential, small commercial, large commercial, and industrial customers in all service areas. Various other brands of Genie Energy are currently licensed as retail electric and gas suppliers in Pennsylvania
Billing Union Withdraws Illinois ABC License
Billing Union Inc. filed at the Illinois Commerce Commission to surrender and cancel its electric agent, broker, and consultant license. Billing Union stated that it, "has determined that it will no longer provide
