Report: Customers On Retail Supply Paid $139 Million More Than Default Service Over Last 35 Months
The Ohio Consumers Counsel reported that, in recent shadow billing data by AEP Ohio, "it was shown that consumers who chose a marketer paid $139 million more in the aggregate than those who stayed on AEP Ohio’s SSO," over 35 months between January 2019 to November 2021.
