Pennsylvania OCA Posts Migration Statistics as of October 1

The Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate posted electric migration statistics as of October 1, 2010. Residential migration at PPL Electric Utilities has increased to 411,760 accounts (includes pending enrollments as of October 2, 2010).
