Currently, Exelon is authorized to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas.

Paetec Energy Seeks Md. Gas License
Technology Resource Solutions, Inc. (Paetec Energy) filed an application for a license to supply natural gas or natural gas supply services in Maryland. A copy of the application was not available, but the license is likely for brokering, as Paetec's load-serving business is conducted through the US Energy Partners entity, while Technology Resource Solutions has mainly filed for broker licenses.
