ResCom Energy stated that it does intend to use door-to-door sales in Pennsylvania, with third party verification. ResCom serves over 55,000 customers in Connecticut.

Positive Energy Electricity Supply LLC applied for a Maryland electric broker license to serve all customer classes at Baltimore Gas & Electric only. Positive Energy intends to acquire customers for ResCom Energy, LLC, which applied for a supplier license late last year (11/23).
