The District of Columbia PSC granted Unified Energy Services, LLC an electric broker license to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The Delaware PSC granted Unified Energy Services an electric broker license to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

The Delaware PSC granted Electric Advisors, Inc. an electric broker license to serve residential and commercial customers.

Blue Pilot Energy Seeking Pa., Ohio Gas Licenses

Blue Pilot Energy, LLC has applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license as a broker/marketer and aggregator serving residential and all sizes of commercial customers. Blue Pilot Energy, LLC has also applied for an Ohio natural gas supplier license as a marketer and broker to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As only noted in Matters, Blue Pilot Energy recently received electric licenses in both states (3/17), and is an affiliate of several telecomm firms including NOS Communications, Blue Ridge Telecom Systems, LLC, and Affinity Networks, Inc.
