Delaware PSC Approves New SOS Rates

The Delaware PSC has conditionally approved updated SOS rates at Delmarva Power for the period beginning June 1, 2011.
The conditionally approved rates by rate class are available here.
The rates will remain subject to further Staff investigation.
The rates reflect the following changes:
- Updated base generation rates to reflect results from the most recent SOS procurement
- An updated Procurement Cost Adjustment for both Fixed Price SOS and Hourly Priced SOS
- A revised Reasonable Allowance for Retail Margin factor for both Fixed Price SOS and Hourly Priced SOS
