Allegheny Power Files Updated SOS Rates in Maryland

Allegheny Power has filed with the Maryland PSC updated SOS rates for Type I and Type II customers.
The rates by rate schedule are available here (in redline form) and here (in clean form).
The new Type I rates are effective June 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011, and October 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012.
The new Type II rates are effective June 1, 2011 through August 31, 2011.
