Matters has also compiled a comparison of the migration levels from the 4/27/11 Report versus the 4/20/11 Report, as well as comparing the rate of migration in each of the past two weeks. Due to a gap in the 4/20/11 report for some utilities, the comparison in those areas is based on two weeks rather than one.

In the most recent week, Penelec saw 2,000 new residential shoppers, versus about 2,500 new shoppers in each of the prior two weeks.

Over the past two weeks, PPL has seen 2,200 new residential shoppers, and Duquesne Light has seen 3,800 new residential shoppers.
