NEM Conference on New Jersey Retail Markets Opens Tuesday

The National Energy Marketers Association is set to hold a two-day conference examining New Jersey's competitive retail electric and natural gas markets, starting this Tuesday.

Featuring commissioners from the BPU, as well as a representative from the New Jersey Governor's office, the conference will address, among other things:

- Implementation of Purchase of Receivables Programs

- Utility Credit and Collateral Requirements

- Capacity Release and Storage

- Presentation of Utility Price to Compare Information

- Unbundling of Utility Distribution Rates

The Roundtable will explore ways to achieve future growth in the Retail Energy Markets for the benefit of all energy consumers and to support economic growth and job creation in New Jersey.
