Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company (Unitil) has filed new default service rates for the period beginning December 1, 2011.

Rates for small customers are for a six-month period. For large customers (GD-3), Unitil sought fixed monthly pricing and, alternatively, solicited for a variable monthly pricing service for 100 percent of its load requirements for both a three month period and a six month period beginning December 1, 2011. The RFP process resulted in Unitil's selection of the variable monthly pricing option for a three month period.

The rates below do not reflect a pending change in the Default Service Costs Adder from the current $0.00261 per kWh to $0.00221 per kWh, which is proposed to take effect December 1, 2011.
