Nordic Energy Services Seeks Maryland License

Nordic Energy Services, LLC applied for a Maryland electric supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available. As only reported in Matters, Nordic also recently applied for a Pennsylvania supplier license as well (9/1).

Integrys Energy Services Seeks Maryland Gas License

Integrys Energy Services - Natural Gas, LLC applied for a Maryland natural gas supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available.

Viridian Energy NG Receives Ohio Gas License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Viridian Energy NG LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Dominion East Ohio, Vectren Energy Delivery, and Columbia Gas. Viridian Energy NG LLC did not seek approval to serve customers at Duke Energy Ohio, where affiliate Viridian Energy NJ LLC (which has sought to update its certificate name to Cincinnati Bell Energy LLC) is already authorized to operate.

People's Power & Gas Receives Delaware License

The Delaware PSC granted People's Power & Gas, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers. People's Power & Gas agreed to revisions in its initially proposed terms of service during the licensing process (see related story)
