ConEdison Solutions, Dominion Retail Launch Penelec Residential Offers

ConEdison Solutions and Dominion Retail have each begun offering residential electric service at Penelec on PA Power Switch.
Both suppliers launched residential offers at Met-Ed through PA Power Switch earlier this month, as only reported by Matters (10/3 and 10/4).
At Penelec, ConEdison Solutions is offering residential customers an introductory rate of 7.22 cents per kWh which is fixed through the June 2012 meter read date. Thereafter, the rate is monthly variable.
There is no early cancellation fee.
ConEdison Solutions may restrict enrollment to the first 5,000 Met-Ed residential (RS) customers that enroll.
Dominion Retail's offer of 8.59 cents per kWh on PA Power Switch is categorized as variable, but under additional information it states that the offer is a, "Guaranteed fixed price of $0.0859 per kWh through your December 2012 meter read date." There is no early cancellation fee.
