Entrance Software Offers Mobile App for CORE Customer Acquisition, Management Solution

Entrance Software has launched a mobile app of its CORE (Collaborative Operations for Retail Energy) software solution for retail energy providers, brokers, and sales channels, for the iPhone and iPad. CORE automates the processes involved in retail energy from LOA generation and management through electricity load analysis and electricity usage analysis and customer relationship management. The mobile app allows digital signatures of LOAs in the field, and allows users to review quotes in the field and remotely access meters, accounts, and deal data.

Load-Based Regulation Service Provider ENBALA Power Networks Receives MBR Authority

ENBALA Power Networks, a Toronto-based company that works with industrial and other loads to offer regulation service to organized markets, said that it has received FERC market-based rate authority for energy, capacity and ancillary services in PJM Interconnection, New York Independent System Operator, ISO New England, California Independent System Operator and the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator.
