Bounce Energy Offering A/C, Electricity Fixtures Warranty Bundle to ERCOT Customers

Bounce Energy is now offering customers in ERCOT warranty products, for electricity fixtures and air conditioning units, from Cross Country Home Services.

The warranty products can be billed through the customer's monthly Bounce Energy electric bill.

For new customers, Bounce Energy packages the A/C Repair Coverage with a 12-month fixed rate. The warranty plan covers central air conditioning repairs and includes a $1,000 annual claims expense cap with a 180 day repair guarantee. Existing Bounce customers may also elect to add warranty protection.

Additionally, Bounce Energy offers a LineProtect Inside Electric warranty product which the customer can elect when enrolling, or may add to their current electric plan . The warranty service covers repairs for their outlets, switches, fuses, breakers, and the inside wiring in the customer's home.

LineProtect customers do not pay deductibles or a service call charge, no matter the age of the home. A homeowner can request up to $1,000 of repairs and replacements per year.

The warranty products are the latest addition to several bundles offered by Bounce Energy, which include home services such as DIRECTV, cable television, high speed internet, insurance, and more.
