Conn. Draft Would Grant License to Noble Americas Energy Solutions

A draft Connecticut PURA decision would grant Noble Americas Energy Solutions, LLC an electric supplier license to serve commercial and industrial customers. Noble Americas Energy Solutions is currently serving load under the former Sempra Energy Solutions license, but PURA determined that, since the purchase constituted a transfer of license, Noble Americas Energy Solutions was required to demonstrate its own financial, technical, and managerial capability to continue to operate as an electric supplier (9/14).
