Parties File Pre-hearing Memos Regarding PPL TOU Generation Mechanism
Parties yesterday filed pre-hearing memos regarding PPL's proposal to revise its mechanism to establish prices under the Time of Use generation rate option for default service customers (R-2011-2264771). Given the nature of pre-hearing memos, no substantive positions were raised, nor did the memos reveal any positions not previously enumerated or otherwise unexpected. PPL's proposal to revise its TOU generation rate mechanism was first reported by Matters (see 9/28 for full discussion).
