Texas Energy Aggregation announced today that it was recently awarded a State of Texas contract for electricity procurement services, qualifying them to procure electricity contracts directly for state agencies, as well as all school districts, hospital districts and local municipalities.

This new designation adds Texas Energy Aggregation to a limited list of consulting firms that schools, municipal and governmental agencies can enter into interlocal agreements with, satisfying the lengthy State Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Texas Energy Aggregation already has an interlocal agreement with The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS).
